Shipping and handling is "Free of Charge" with all purchases from JoSeppi Art & Design. Delivery times are as follows depending on the delivery service UPS/FedEx which will ship within 7-10 business days. Expedited deliveries will be charged a fee per UPS/FedEx and delivered within 3-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

No exchanges of any kind pertaining to JoSeppi Art & Design purchases.

Any damaged products from JoSeppi Art & Design must first be certified damaged by the delivery service before JoSeppi Art & Design can take any action.

All returns, if any will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be in the condition as was purchased. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling of any return. ~Grazie~
